"Nice little chip wagon on the edge of Merrickville. Fries were nice and crispy even in my (rather generous) portion of poutine. My partner got a regular fries and we were both pleased with our serving size and the quality of the food. The Chip Witch herself was friendly and only gently corrected my English mispronunciation of "poutine". Would recommend."

"I was contemplating having ice cream in our Merrickville visit but decided to try the chip Witch instead. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience here. The weather was great, it was peaceful, the chicken burger was super crispy on the outside and tender inside without being dry. Bun was lightly toasted. And dogs are welcome which was very convenient as I had a dog with me! We'll definitely go again!"

"Made stop on Friday evening and despite being past closing time we were served with kindness and a desirr to ensure we were satisfied. The french Onion burger despite being messy was delicious and well worth any mess! Will definitely be back but more attentive to time next time."

"Great little chip stand located just off the main street. Best home made fries I've had in a long time. Very popular place by the amount of people that were there. The picnic area sits in the shade which makes a great stop over. Thank you for keeping your portable clean and available for your patrons."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Burger Bliss Had the Big Max burger combo with a medium fry and drink—everything was amazing! Think drive-thru classic, but with a glow-up The burger was thick, juicy, and the special sauce was delicious. The medium fry was huge… can’t imagine the large! Five stars all the way—can’t wait to come back and eat my way through the menu!"

"First time visiting riverside fries and we were very happy with our experience! The poutine was great, the fries very cooked crispy. We also had a burger which is amazing! They get shade in the afternoon so their eating area is shaded and a nice place to escape the sun and enjoy a great meal."
